Yes — free on every domain, forever. Most traditional hosts either charge $9.99–$15/yr for WHOIS privacy or include it "free" only for the first year, then bill you on renewal.
Is cPanel included?
Yes, with SSO — one click from the panel logs you straight into cPanel without a separate login. Traditional hosts also provide cPanel, but without SSO, so you're juggling separate credentials.
Can I also run VPS alongside shared hosting?

Do you have phone support?
