Add your own Anthropic API key under Profile → AI Keys and your usage goes directly to your Anthropic account. Stored encrypted — only the last-used timestamp is visible in the panel.
No key? The shared panel key is included at no extra charge for normal usage. There's a soft monthly limit, but most users never hit it.

Roost AI is read-only unless you say otherwise. It shows you the exact command before it runs anything.

Explicit confirm for writes
Any action that modifies your server shows the exact command it will run and waits for your approval. Nothing destructive happens silently.
