How does the credit balance work?

Top up via card or PayPal, minimum $5. Hourly services (VPS, add-ons) deduct from the balance every hour. Two numbers are shown always: available (what you can spend) and reserved (locked to cover active hourly services' next 24 hours).

Can I pay in advance for VPS?

Sort of — top up a larger balance. We don't sell monthly VPS contracts because we charge hourly. If you want a fixed monthly bill, look at shared hosting.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB via Stripe. PayPal. Wire transfer for amounts over $500.

Do you do annual / committed-use discounts?

Shared hosting plans get up to 22% off on biennial commitment. VPS is hourly — no annual lock-in, no annual discount. If you're at scale and want a deal, talk to us.

How does the refund policy work?

Hourly VPS is prepaid — there's nothing to refund beyond what's still on your balance, which we'll return on request. Shared and annual plans get a 7-day refund on first purchase.

Are there overage charges?

No surprise charges. Bandwidth overage on VPS is billed at $0.01 / GB (well below industry average) and only kicks in past your monthly allocation. Shared hosting is "unmetered, fair use" — if you hit the wall, we email and offer a VPS, not a fine.

Can I see what something will cost before I deploy?

Yes. The order form has a live summary showing the rate, what gets reserved, your available balance, and a shortfall warning if you don't have enough credit.

Do you charge tax?

VAT, GST, and US sales tax where required, based on your billing address. We show the breakdown before checkout. EU VAT IDs accepted for reverse-charge.
